Bab Haus Mex is one of the naughty little sisters of Leyli Joon & Co, an events and catering company established by Leyli in (2017). Upon arranging some pop up dates at Academy Espresso for the summer we managed to secure the final available container at Good Sheds; this is where the vision, development and  journey for Bab Haus Mex begins. The Good Sheds has got to be the most exciting thing to happen in South Wales, it has a very similar feel to the recent development in King’s Cross – Coal Drops Yard, somewhere Leyli and Becci love and have spent a lot of time.

Bab Haus Mex is a Mexican Street Food Vendor, with core offerings of Tacos, Burritos and Loaded Nachos; filled and topped with a variety of smoked and pulled meats and veggies, fresh and vibrant salsa’s, and  pickled veg. We will also be offering specials such as elotes (Mexican street corn) and sticky glazed wings, brunch at the weekends and mind blowing margaritas in both original and frozen forms

Our food is a fresh mix of authentic Mexican recipes with strong influences from LA and West Coast. Our focus is simple, pure flavour; we strive to serve the best Mexican Street Food in South Wales. The menus key offerings will be tacos, burritos and loaded nachos; however we will have various specials, brunch items and margaritas too.
