Welcome to The Boutique by MLR, opening in August 2022 by Megan after years of mobile and renting chairs in other salons we decided it was time to have our salon for all things hair extensions and bouncy Blowdrys.
In August 2023, we expanded our expertise with the addition of Frankie and Bethany, masters of brows and LVL lashes.
Our salon isn’t just about hair and beauty—it’s a sanctuary where you can unwind, indulge, and enjoy a good chat while being pampered to perfection

Hair
Hair the Boutique specialises in Hair Extensions and styling.
Megan, the founder, began her hair journey in Dubai in 2017 while balancing her role as cabin crew for Emirates. Returning to the UK, she cultivated her skills, building a loyal clientele through mobile services. The dream of owning her own salon became a reality when she opened The Boutique by MLR. Where she specialises in not only hair extensions but bouncy blowouts, and hair styling for any occasion, including bridal hair.
Brows
Brows the Boutique specialises in all things ‘Brow’. Frankie trained with HD brows in 2020 becoming a brow artist with a passion for BrowSculpt and their signature HD Brow. Her attention to detail and degree in SFX and Makeup artistry plays a part in achieving everyone’s perfect eyebrow. Facial mapping and custom tint all contribute to every brow being perfect to you. The one brow fits all is not the way she works! Frankie is a mother of two young, very sassy little girls with a love for people and travel, oh and food! Who doesn’t love food chat! Whether it’s a relax, an hour of venting your troubles or a good old laugh… Brows the Boutique is your sanctuary – where you’ll get those dream brows, and have an hour to yourself
Lashes
Lifted by Beth Jayne specialises in timeless and Natural Lashes. Bethany trained with Nouveau LVL Lashes in 2022 as a hobby and something she had a passion in and has become her full time job. Bethany is a Northern girl and loves to travel and eat out. Her passion is to make a difference and make people smile. LVL opens your eyes by lifting your own natural lashes, lengthens and tints them to give the illusion of long, curled lashes. At Lifted by Beth Jayne, we sculpt not just the lashes but moments of confidence and beauty, one LVL at a time.
